When the Blackjack dealer Stevie is tipped by Ruth, he picks up the chip. taps it on the table, and then puts it in his right-hand pants pocket.

If this were to occur while working in a casino, Stevie would immediately become unemployed, and could possibly have criminal charges pressed against him. Tips are split among dealers and not are tips for individuals (Poker dealers are often an exception) and are against casino rules. Putting them in your pocket may also be considered theft. Theft not only from the other dealers but also from the casino itself. If putting chips in your pocket was OK, then one could say that a $1,000 chip in their pocket was a tip and that it is not one that they simply palmed and slipped into their pants. See more »

The new season still hasn't started yet.
15 August 2019 | by allnewsuperfakeSee all my reviews

Up until this point the whole thing feels like the kind of spinoff that needs diehard fans to get through it. It offers everything you've come to love about the series, but it's lost it's centerpiece which was a failing tv-show with a ridiculous theme. It's not about a casino hotel that's little more than the glamerous background for a plot that for the past 2 episodes has barely left classic soap territory.

The writing is no longer top-notch, and the cast can't pull it off on their own. It's like watching them driving a rollercoaster, screaming and yelling and laughing and crying, while you can see the damn thing waiting in the station.

This should be a lot better.
