Joseph falls into despair when his nine-year-old son leaves for Australia with his ex. Sufffering the hangover from hell, he walks away from his present life and boards a boat bound for Ireland to confront memories from his childhood.
I probably would have rated this a 7/10 but the last episode charges through everything preceding and brutally, beautifully transcends all predictable and cliche. Superbly acted and powerfully written/directed.
Aired each episode one day after another, very smart choice.
