When a mission goes awry, Wyatt and Rufusare forced to bring a 17-year-old John F. Kennedy with them to the present. But while the Lifeboat is recharging for the return trip, Kennedy escapes from the bunker into modern day San Francisco. Anxious to return the future president to history, the team must find a way to work together to rescue JFK and return him to the past before Rittenhouse assassinates him in 2018.

. Given both the set-up of season two (Rittenhouse planting sleeper agents throughout history) and the fact that the Time Team has twice visited time periods in which Nixon was president - the Apollo 11 landing in "Timeless: Space Race
(2016)" and during Watergate in "Timeless: The Watergate Tape
(2016)" - it's possible, retroactively, that Nixon is under Rittenhouse's control in those two episodes. See more
Wyatt hides behind the corner of an interior wall at the party when shots are fired at him. The bullets penetrate the facing side but he is unharmed. In reality, the drywall would not stop the bullets and he would have been injured. See more
