I love this series but----

I watched every episode of The Good Wife and loved it. The writers have tried to make this more edgy which I understand. It needs to stand on its own merits, again I understand. Here is the thing though. Why resort to using foul language when it wasn't needed? I don't have a problem using coarse language when it fits the situation but did we need to have these social media trolls actually stood there using it! It wasn't necessary and added nothing. The show is good enough without resorting to this sort of thing.
