Earth 2245: 5 people are sent to a faraway planet to collect the mineral Stardust, which will be used to revive the dying Sun and save Earth. The spaceship also has a Dawnseeker, a killer of humans, that escapes upon reaching destination.
The film is set in a post-apocalyptic world in which civilisation has crumbled. A massive electromagnetic pulse has killed all children on the planet with the exception of Molly (Billie Rutherford), the daughter of Jake Slater (Jake Ryan).

A score of 6.7 is laughable. It tries hard but the movie is a cliche ridden script with poor acting throughout.
Not only was the main character duped, so was I, in to wasting 1 hour 48 mins. I will never get back.
