They terrorists are shown digging up the body of an Ebola victim in Liberia to harvest the virus for future use. First, the virus only remains viable in the body for a week, therefore they would've had to exhume it before then, second, the Ebola victims in Liberia were burned, not buried to prevent potential spread of the virus.
