Continuity

At the end of the previous episode, the narrator states that the Bogota bomb was comprised of C-4. In the opening of this episode, the narrator states that TNT was used.

Although, pound for pound, the explosive effects are comparable, the stability of each is drastically different. Driving around with 220 lbs of C-4 is safe. Driving around with 220 lbs of TNT means that every pothole you hit could be your last.
