Storyline

Emma has been taken hostage by Ihab Rashid, whose real target is Molly. While Barry works with his advisors in devising a plan of attack to rescue Emma, Molly, without Barry's knowledge, tries to find someone who will help her get in touch with Ihab for a mother-daughter exchange, something that Barry would not allow if solely not to give into terrorist demands regardless of who is involved. Barry and Molly's plans of attack may not be as incompatible as they appear on the surface. Sammy is angry about the situation, especially as Barry had the opportunity to let Ihab die. Feeling like he can't turn to his family, Sammy turns to his professor for more than just emotional support. Meanwhile, Fauzi meets Daliyah for the first time. While Fauzi is still angry with Barry for his role in Samira's death, Fauzi tries to come to some understanding of his world, including his daughter's radicalization.
