Mussolini reappears in Rome 72 years after his death, finding a Country still full of problems like racism and hate for politicians. Misguised for an actor, he sides with a young filmmaker and starts traveling along Italy to reconquer it.
Finally a NON politically correct movie about the handicap. Great actors and great director. The music is excellent and Rome is the only possible perfect background. 'Raw' but you will laugh a lot. Smart plot! The digital work to create the various disabilities is really a work of art and finally the message of the film is that disabled people are people like everybody else. Alas a black comedy about them!!!
