Storyline

London, 1886:- Winnie Verloc has married the older shop-keeper Anton for security for her simple, disadvantaged young brother Stevie. She turns a blind eye to the meetings he holds with a cell of Russian anarchists including bomb-maker the Professor and Ossipin. In fact Verloc is a double agent under pressure from supercilious Russian diplomat Vladimir to discredit the group by detonating a bomb at the Greenwich Observatory so that they will be blamed. The shop is under surveyance by dogged Inspector Heat but Verloc is giving nothing away. He has a plan, however - which involves Stevie. Written by don @ minifie-1
