Ian chairs another Way Ahead meeting, this time welcoming Lucy in her new role as Head of Inclusivity - or would if the new computer system would let him into the board room, requiring a quick change of venue. Lucy wants to ensure a proportion of gay and black employees in the corporation and, due to daft Siobhan, Asian weather man Sadiq Iqbal becomes a You Tube heart throb, requiring Ian to bring in newsreader Azia Zamani to restore the gender balance. Clueless David asks Izzy for ideas for his useless 'One Big Family' show, since it has nothing beyond a title but, much to Jack's annoyance, Izzy is impressed when Will inadvertently comes up with a winning TV formula for a new cycling-based series. But the advantage of a bike that you can simply fold up and carry is that you can simply fold it up and carry it for the rest of the way.
