Dean Martin Celebrity Roast: Suzanne Somers (1978)
Three's Company star Suzanne Somers gets the insults in this episode. The roasters include Lorne Greene, Red Buttons, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Norman Fell, Paul Anka, Milton Berle, Joyce Brothers, LaWanda Page, Tom Bosley, Rich Little, Norm Crosy and Ruth Buzzi among others. For the most part this here was another major episode and one with a great number of laughs even though a lot of the regulars weren't here. The highlight of the episode was Ruth Buzzi who comes out on stage to explain how she went to high school with Somers and that she was the popular one. Martin is also at the top of his game as he gets in a few great lines and as always he sells that "drunk" character perfectly. If you're a fan of the series then you'll find plenty of laughs in this episode that makes it worth watching.
