Storyline

In exchange for new identities for his partner and her daughter Arby delivers Donaldson to Lee, who promptly shoots him. Ian discovers more about the synthesized virus and goes to Dugdale's house, where he meets Jessica - who tells him that Milner is Mr Rabbit - though he makes no mention of Anton. Though Anton would appear to be a Romanian Holocaust survivor he suddenly tells Becky and Ian in perfect English that he met a woman known as Mr Rabbit, with whom he formulated Janus, which he now bitterly regrets. Milner introduces Wilson to a fellow fanatic Paul, one of five designated pilots who will spray various regions of the world with a crop duster containing the virus. Wilson is horrified and wants out. His family held hostage Dugdale is visited by Milner in her search for Ian, though she encounters a gun-wielding Jessica whilst Arby makes off with Phillip and Grant. Written by don @ minifie-1

Goofs

The house in Hartwell, Georgia has the light switches with smaller rocker switches and square covers. Both are typical British design rather than American toggle switch and rectangle cover. Many homes in the United States prior to 1990s are fitted with doorknobs rather than door handles. The American version is at the waist level while British is higher and between waist and shoulder levels. See more »

Shame on you.

Utopia is probably one of the best looking things to ever come out of British Television. Channel 4 have been leading the way (and the others are now following) in making TV shows that look great and will look great in 10 or 20 years time by using the right cameras and post production/editing/mixing/soundtrack and all the benefits and uses of modern technology and having directors that are talented do their drama and comedy. The other stations are getting better and better but still just playing catch up and not using more visually adventurous directors. The money and time put into stuff like Fresh Meat (which is just fantastic for a comedy drama cast, actors, direction/visuals) which started around the period Channel 4 really began to focus on this would have been unthinkable even 5 years ago.

Another point: IMDb coverage for this show is awful! They don't even have the poster of the show. No synopsis, nothing. It's not fair because in terms of quality and level of addictiveness, Utopia deserves "way much better". David Fincher plus $$$$$$: that's why the "Great America" ignore this real gem. SHAME ON YOU!
