Stu Beggs: It's like riding a bicycle. I mean, once Big Daddy enters the rain forest, all will be right with the world.
Marcy: [jumping up, heading out] You know what? I have to check and see if the money transferred.

life without Californication
28 January 2017 | by RavenGlamDVDCollectorSee all my reviews

I watched on DVD. The medium. The symbol of my summer Saturdays these past years. Now it is over. I had withdrawal symptoms for BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER and for FRIENDS.

There is nothing to replace it. Nothing. There is absolutely nothing that can live up to CALIFORNICATION. If there is, please leave me a message, it will be welcomed. But nothing of that caliber exists. Nothing. Not in the genre of comedy and mature content in a heady mix with gorgeous actresses and likable lead character.

Gonna miss you, Jack. Karen. Charlie. Marcie. Julia. And Stu.

Being DVD, I have it on hand. But still...

THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SEASON 8!!!

Just like BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, there should have been a Season 8!

A fond farewell, you guys were pals. Thank you Tom Kapinos, David Duchovny, Natascha McElhone, Evan Handler, Pamela Adlon, newcomer (and old flame) Heather Graham...

GONNA MISS YA EVERY Saturday FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!

Showtime, how could you?????????????
