In a world divided by factions based on virtues, Tris learns she's Divergent and won't fit in. When she discovers a plot to destroy Divergents, Tris and the mysterious Four must find out what makes Divergents dangerous before it's too late.
Katniss Everdeen is in District 13 after she shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta and a nation moved by her courage.
Katniss Everdeen voluntarily takes her younger sister's place in the Hunger Games: a televised competition in which two teenagers from each of the twelve Districts of Panem are chosen at random to fight to the death.
As she searches for allies and answers in the wake of the uprising, Tris and Four are on the run. Being hunted by Jeanine Matthews, the leader of the Erudite faction, Tris and Four will race against time as they try to figure out what Abnegation sacrificed their lives to protect, and why the Erudite leaders will do anything to stop them. Haunted by her past choices but desperate to protect the ones she loves, Tris faces one impossible challenge after another as she unlocks the truth about the past and ultimately the future of her world.
Unlike the first film where the firearms used by the factions were mostly non-firing props in this film they use real weapons. Among them are the Chiappa Rhino revolver and the Kriss Vector carbine and SMG (albeit concealed in futuristic looking shells). See more »
As Caleb, Four, and Tris are being chased by the Dauntless vehicles from the Amity compound, the distance between the vehicles and the runners constantly changes. The initial camera angle above the compound shows a Dauntless vehicle not too far from the runners. The next camera angle shows the runners outrunning the Dauntless vehicles [which in the previous scene had outpaced some Dauntless guards chasing the runners] and widening the gap. Then the next camera angle from above again shows the distance between the runners has decreased, yet the runners are STILL able to outrun the Dauntless vehicles and escape into the woods. See more »

Beatrice "Tris" Prior (Shailene Woodley), Four (Theo James), Caleb (Ansel Elgort) and Peter (Miles Teller) are hidden at the Amity facility but out of the blue, Eric (Jai Courtney) and his men arrive to hunt them down. Tris, Four and Caleb are betrayed by Peter but they succeed to flee by train to the Faceless area. However they have to fight against them but when they find that Four is Tobias Eaton, they bring them to their compound. Soon they discover that Four's mother Evelyn (Naomi Watts) is the leader of the Faceless. Then Caleb leaves them and Four and Tris head to the Dauntless expecting to join them to the Faceless. Meanwhile Eric is hunting Divergents for Jeanine (Kate Winslet) that needs them to open a mysterious box. What is the secret of the box?
"Insurgent" is an average sci-fi adventure and sequel. The story is full of action and good special effects, but Peter's character is a complete mess. The most incredible is that there will be a sequel divided in two parts. My vote is six.
