The employees hold a paper airplane competition, in which Dwight purposefully aligns himself against Angela. The point being so he can lose and surrender the winnings to her in order to curb her misfortune. Andy gets an acting role in a workplace safety video despite not being qualified. Jim and Pam's marriage tensions continue to build and they share an awkward but loving moment as Jim leaves for Philadelphia.
