On arriving at Justine's house the police find she has been beaten up by Frank McLean, who claims that she tried to frame him for Reuben's murder. Lewis also discovers that Polly's mother Jane had visited Reuben on the day of his slaying. Jane admits this, saying that she thought Reuben was being unfaithful and she wanted to buy him off but says that she left him alive. More Arrogance and Cruelty
22 March 2018 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

Soon into the second half of this episode, a young woman who worked with the phony psychic, is pursued and killed with an injection, the same way her friend was. Lewis and Hathaway begin to investigate the psychology professor, making his life miserable. There are other players. A Tarot wielding woman seems to have knowledge she should not. An Indian man and his wife have lost a daughter and are broken. The wife of the first deceased man and her brother play a role. Things are nicely set up for an exciting conclusion.
