Did You Know?
While Manny Horvitz is portrayed as having a day job as a butcher, he's shown using a honing-steel on his butchers knife in a less than optimal fashion. One's supposed to drag the knife both along the edge but also from bottom to tip on the honing-steel itself, not just along the blades edge as shown by the character, who should know better as it's insinuated that he has worked as a butcher for a long time.
