The distinction between Playgirl and Playgirl's Hottest in these Wicked Pictures releases is that the Hottest designation refers to reissuing material previously released on DVD. This one suffers from choosing not the best but basically random vignettes to bring back cheaply to market.

For example, the married team of Nicole Sheridan and Voodoo appear in the inconsequential "Rooftop Rain", unnecessarily using condom for sex, and already issued two years earlier by Wicked as part of "Playgirl: Dirty Delights". Likewise "Courtyard Fountain" with Jean Val Jean and Roxanne Hall is resurrected from 2005's "Playgirl: Erotic Encounters", where it was named simply "Court Yard".

The Bonus Scene on this DVD is unusually short, a mere 7-minute bit of humping by Nick Manning and Kelli Tyler named "Waterfall Fountain". Yes, wetness is the theme of the DVD, as if anybody cared.
