Storyline

A Marine first lieutenant dies of gunfire during a dinner cruise on the Potomac River at Washington, DC; Abigail Borin, a special agent of the Coast Guard Investigative Service, also is a guest aboard the same boat during the same event; Borin calls Gibbs, so she and the gang investigate together. The victim is a member of a rich and famous family; his father, who died six months before, had disinherited him, financially and socially, because of the son's decision to serve as an officer in the US Marine Corps. Duckman and Abby, as usual, make significant contributions; Tony and Ziva meet some interesting people; the Coast Guard pulls another body from the river; Ducky finds unusual contents in the pockets of the second vic. Gibbs and Borin call a meeting, and they elicit confessions and betrayals. Written by DocRushing

Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle was charged with (and acquitted of) manslaughter and the case had nothing to do with statutory rape. However the false accusations and yellow journalism that ruined his career and reputation continue to be Arbuckle's legacy. See more »
