When the family is at the jail where Joseph Smith died the guy who introduces himself as an amateur church historian was right even though Bill says he's wrong. Many of Joseph Smith's wives were widows or orphans. There also is no clear consensus about how many wives he actually had at the time. Bill said 32, but estimates were between 30-40. See more »
