Justin's leg continues to cause him extreme pain, jeopardizing his recovery. Nora and Rebecca mount a campaign to get him to take medication, knowing they risk him becoming addicted again. Tommy comes home to find Julia's parents visiting, and the result is that she decides to take their baby back to Arizona for a while with her parents -- seems she cannot get over blaming Tommy for the death of their daughter's twin brother. Scotty shows up in Kevin's office looking for a lawyer to defend him in a DUI case, which rekindles the friendship they once had.
