Holden and Banky are comic book artists. Everything's going good for them until they meet Alyssa, also a comic book artist. Holden falls for her, but his hopes are crushed when he finds out she's a lesbian.
Joey Lauren Adams,
This ninety minute look at the making of CLERKS II features all the major cast and crew members as we get a terrific and detailed look at everything from pre-production to the theatrical release.
As you'd expect, this isn't your typical featurette but instead we're given a full documentary that contains so many great details that by the time the film is over you'll think that you were on the set the entire time. of course the main focus is Kevin Smith as he rightfully gets the majority of the screen time as he talks about what made him curious to make a sequel and then we pretty much follow him from selling the idea to cast members, coming up with the money and of course trying to make it more of a box office success than his previous films.
Just about everyone you'd want to hear from are in this film so it's great getting to hear from everyone. There are so many great stories that are told but we're also given some terrific behind-the- scenes footage including a brief bit where Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriquez viewed the film and were giving Smith their opinion of it.
