Storyline

Diana Prince poses as a singer, using the cover identity of "Kathy Meadows," so that, as Wonder Woman, she can crack a record-extortion ring. This installment showcases series lead Lynda Carter's musical talents; one of the two selections she performs, "Toto (Don't It Feel Like Paradise)," is from the album "Portrait," which Ms. Carter released on the Epic Records label in the late 1970s. Trivia

Rick Springfield appears as a rock musician in a Kiss-like band; replete with white makeup; in the Amazon Hot Wax episode. This is ironic because as everyone knows Springfield musician and would soon hit it big a couple years later with "Jessie's Girl" his 1981 top ten hit. Springfield was also in Zoot, a rock band, from 1969 to 1971, much like his character. Springfield was appearing in alot of TV episodes these days; including a stint as Ned Nickerson, Nancy's Drew's boyfriend in ABC's 1977 hit detective drama The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries.
