Storyline

Several crew members explore the planet Sunin, including botanist Shermeen Williams, who appears to have visionary gifts. She links up with an alien, called Vindrus, who wants her help in transferring his body and that of his race, into solid matter, giving them proper human form so that they can join the universe as real matter. However, for every one of his race made flesh, an Alphan must lose their matter. Written by don @ minifie-1

Quotes

Tony Verdeschi: All right, everybody, get ready for the taste of a lifetime! Verdeschi's Brew #29! Made from a generation of Alpha hops especially brewed by our famous hydroponic botanist, Shermeen Williams! Shermeen, will you do the honors, please?
[He pours. Shermeen offers Tony's beer to each of the Alphans in turn]
Maya: No, thanks. I'd hate to ruin a beautiful friendship.
Dr. Helena Russell: As chief medical officer, I must retain my sanity.
Bill Fraser: Thanks, no, I happen to be on a liquid-free diet.

Huh?

Oh, Freddy, what did you do to this show? '1,702 days since leaving Earth orbit,' Dr. Russell chirps into her giant captain's log computer (it's the size of a VW Bug) and then talks about 'a simple teenaged infatuation.' Teenager? That means Chermine (sp?) was no older than 14 in 1999. It also means she's seen dozens of Eagles explode and scores of Alphans killed... and managed not to mature. Oh, and the rest of the episode is idiotic, too.
