Oscar Newley's built a new fuel injection system for his racing car and approaches Simon to help back it. During a demo race, the car breaks down, and he believes it's been sabotaged by a rival owner/driver. When he's nearly killed in a fire, the car's sabotaged again. But then, his own driver's killed.
