Too many hunters
4 April 2014 | by unbrokenmetalSee all my reviews

Chinese pirates are stealing a sarcophagus with a valuable amulet inside (plus the Empress' corpse). 3000 years later, a Chinese student girl contacts Sydney for help to recover the sarcophagus, better late than never. The search takes them to Alaska. However, they are not the first treasure hunters who arrived, Sydney meets 2 former friends who enter the competition. The plot thickens after a rainy night they spend in a tent - 3 guys and Sydney, that is.

Devoid of any suspense and damaged by the cheap looking introduction and ridiculous performances of its guest stars (ranging from the silly would-be Indiana Jones Dallas Carter to the tall 'horny' blonde), this episode is arguably the weakest of Season 1.
