Herman and Grandpa have a fight. The thing is that Herman is reading Edgar Allan Poe's The Murders in the Rue Morgue (a comic tale for him), but Grandpa wants the window opened. Herman prefers the window closed because of his sinus. Grandpa doesn't listen Herman, and they have a fight in front of Lily, who tells them to calm down. But Grandpa claims that nobody wants "this broke old man" anymore in the house and he'll leave forever. Lily gets worried about Grandpa and his decision of leaving, but Herman tells to her that there's nothing to worry about, because Grandpa is only pretending everything. Eddie talks with Grandpa while he's packing. Later, Eddie confirms that Grandpa's leaving and now Lily's more worried about it. But Herman has a plan: pretend that nothing is happening when Grandpa says good bye. Herman's right, Grandpa is only pretending but when he sees that the family doesn't seem disturbed, he crosses the door and leaves the house. Next day, Lily is angry with Herman ...
