Trivia

George didn't open his first store until 1971 (according to All in the Family: "My Aching Back"), three years after King's assassination. Jefferson Cleaners was started with money George had been awarded in a settlement following a motor vehicle accident (according to The Jeffersons: "Meet the Press"), not with a bank loan. See more »

The use of a Trump 2019 phrase back in 1980

This episode can be watched on Daily Motion. Check it out from 7:30-7:43.
