There's two sides to every story
19 July 2018 | by JordanThomasHallSee all my reviews

Sisters Bertrille and Jacqueline travel to Saint Thomasina, a small, remote village perched above San Juan. They were invited by the village's head Pedro Caracol (Julio Medina) but find a hostile reception to them and Caracol's name. Caracol is said to be an unscrupulous criminal and has stolen a beloved village pig named Gordo. The villagers tell the sisters that Caracol and his thieves have stolen their statue of their patron Saint Thomasina. When they spot Sister Bertrille flying they believe she is Saint Thomasina in bodily form and feel she will lead them against Caracol. When the groups clash, Sister Bertrille finds there is another side to the story and attempts to mediate.
