Trivia

The first scene after the opening credits of this episode, the first of Season 2, sets the tone for the self-parody that permeates the entire story. Eddie Charles is in a hospital bed, eyes bandaged after cosmetic surgery. The character was played in Season 1 by Jeff Joseph, and has now been replaced by Dorien Wilson for the rest of the series. Eddie (the character) delivers lines that could be interpreted as the actor commenting off-camera about his own replacement. The doctor removes the bandages from his eyes, and he takes a look in the mirror. "Martin", he says to his friend Martin Tupper, "do I look different to you? . . . I don't look changed, somehow?" Martin thinks it over: "A little younger, maybe." See more »

Quotes

Sir Roland Moorecock: I don't generally fraternize with the help but as I have no friends of my own I am going to invite you all to my little shack in the country this weekend.
