Storyline

A headless horseman terrorizes the teachers at a special school for magically gifted youngsters run by Leo's mentor, an elder named Gideon. The sisters are asked to help investigate before the horseman leaves the school and starts beheading innocents, who are not protected by the school's magic. Also, in a side story, Phoebe undergoes a vision quest to find out why her powers aren't working and in the process she finds out a very shocking secret about Chris.
