Storyline

Samantha and many of her neighbors realize they are taking their lives into their own hands when they cross the busy intersection at Morning Glory Circle due to the unrelenting traffic. As such, they would like the City to install a traffic signal at the intersection. While Endora wants to provide her artistic sensibilities using witchcraft to solve the matter, Samantha and some of her neighbors decide to mobilize in the mortal way. They end up deciding on peaceful means of protest, which includes Darrin's help in an advertising campaign. However, Samantha, with Endora's help, soon comes to the conclusion that they may have to take more drastic measures to convince the skeptical mayor of the need for the traffic signal.
