In this darkly humorous Sci-Fi thriller set in a not too distant future, Eddie is a shy genius scientist, who works for a big high tech firm. He has a crush on his boss' secretary Paula. However, he's too shy to approach her and daydreams about her instead. One day, his favorite book "Cyrano de Bergerac" gives him an idea and he decides to make a fully functional sex bot named Edgar - a suave, smooth and sophisticated android double of himself that could seduce any woman out there. He tests it on Paula and the results are astonishing. He tells about this to his boss Jack Gold and Jack immediately loves the idea of a personal sex bot. However, when he asks Eddie for the android's machine code and blueprints, Eddie isn't ready to sell it to the company just yet. What Eddie doesn't realize is that Jack is very ambitious and greedy. What Jack doesn't realize is that Eddie is actually quite unhinged.
