I guess the "museum" part was a hint this was kinda dull

This is one of the two documentaries on the Cinema Reserve 2-Disc DVD version of The Fly(of 1986, not the one from 1958), and it's the shorter of the two, the other being feature-length(in excess of two hours; I will review it on its own page here on the site), and this one has a running time of just under 12 minutes. The whole thing of this is basically where the models they used are now. Well, they're all with this one guy. And the host of this goes to his house, they do a brief silly "sketch" where they act as if it's drugs or something else illegal that they're making a deal on, and then we get to see some of them(and I suppose if that's what you want out of this, it's OK), and hear some stuff of what they're made of, what they're for and if that take on it ended up being used or not. What is somewhat interesting in this is that we do get to see how they did the FX on the infamous melting hand, and early attempts at making that work(and yes, this does spoil the film), with behind-the-scenes footage and text to explain what the theory and what the result were. There is disturbing, gory, bloody and violent content in this. I recommend this solely to those who watch all extras anyway. 5/10
