This is what I remembered! No idea why I couldn't find this listed before.
Roddy McDowell basically in a remake of Topper, with apparently Stefanie Powers in the Constance Bennett role and John Fink as Cary Grant.
I think this was a single pilot that wasn't picked up. I remember watching it with a Soupy Sales program where he has a talking bear and a third effort we didn't watch called "Movin' On" not to be confused with a Claude Akins show.
It was all McDowell. You never go wrong with McDowell. Or you know what to expect and he delivers.
He was flabbergasted at the thought of having ghosts in his car.
