It's a pretty decent start.

Tom Foreman, a jeweller inexplicably steals just under half a million pounds worth of jewels, as he makes his escape he kills a Policeman, and gets sent down for it.

It's not bad by any means, but the massive issue here is the full story telling, it is confused, on first watch I found the narrative a little hard to follow, upon a second watch I enjoyed it more.

I like the primarily Welsh cast, and setting, and it does have a degree of atmosphere, created by the music and strong cast. James Hazeldine seems woefully underused.

The series by this stage seemed a bit pale compared to its former episodes, the poor Chelsea Murders that would follow was treated even worse.

I don't mind this one at all. 6/10
