In the first movie, the scene where Susan runs from her workplace and hails a taxi to get home is an homage to Suspiria (1977).

Kayako's diary flipping open seemingly by itself, just like The Book of the Dead.
Ringu (1998)
The final shot before the closing credits is taken directly from a famous camera shot during the climax of 'Ringu'.
Ringu 2 (1999)
The final scene from The Grudge (2004) is a copy of the first scene from Ring 2 (1999) where Sadako's corpse is on the autopsy table and her hair suddenly appears from under the sheet
Ju-on (2000) (Video)
Bill Pullman's character serves the plot in the same way that Yurei Yanagi's character did in 'Ju-on'. Also, without giving too much away, the jaw scene is taken directly from 'Ju-on'.

There is also a scene shortly after the little boy hits Casey with the mirror where he is at the top of the stairs looking through the railing, this is a direct reflection of the little boy Toshio in The Grudge who does the exact same thing.
