Trivia

Originally filmed as the pilot for an intended television series. The experience of working alongside her Absolutely Fabulous castmates again reminded Jennifer Saunders of how much she enjoyed making that show, and after filming she scrapped all plans for a Mirrorball TV series and began work on a revival of Absolutely Fabulous. The result was Series 4 of that show. See more »

In the shadows of Ab Fab
11 April 2001 | by megsieSee all my reviews

It was logical to think of Mirrorball as a follow-up for Ab Fab, though it isn't really. It has some nice story lines and of course humor is written all over it. Jennifer Saunders is as keen as ever. It's a shame it's not broadcast anymore.
