Storyline

In this sequel of the first Jack Frost movie, Sheriff Sam Tiler, his wife Anne, and Sam's two deputies (also husband and wife) decide to go on a Caribbean vacation to take their minds off the traumatic events of the previous movie in a place with absolutely no snow. Their holiday will be short-lived, however, as the thawed murderer gets inadvertantly re-frozen and brought back to life. As if that weren't bad enough, he now has the ability to remain frozen even in tropical temperatures, and he's headed south to settle some old scores. Trivia

The movie was chosen to be part of famous german "SchleFaZ" series. It was aired December 2018 on german TV station Tele5. "SchleFaZ" is a german abbreviation, means "the worst films ever". In that series 2 hosts present the whole film and make fun of it throughout the movie. See more »

Crazy Credits

Alternate Versions

The DVD version released by Una-pix/Ardustry has more gore, nudity, and bad language than the VHS version. The VHS version has most of the gore, profanity, and nudity taken out, which is bizarre. The major differences between the DVD and the VHS are:
  • The deadly snowball fight is more gruesome. Tons of Blood splatters out from a man's arm onto a woman right after it's ripped off by the snowball. Also, there are shots of people getting gutted and killed by flying icicles and snow balls, with lots of blood everywhere. The VHS version cuts out before anybody is hit by the icicles or dies.
  • There is nudity in the scene where the woman jumps into the pool naked.
  • More gore in the scene where the three girls are killed by the beachside when Jack first comes onto the island.
  • Profanity is in in this version (barely any in the VHS).
  • More gore to practically every other murder in the movie. The DVD version also has a higher body count because the VHS cuts alot of deaths out.

Good For The Wrong Reasons
2 September 2003 | by extravaluepipSee all my reviews

this film is bad, very bad. Extremely bad indeed one of the worst films created. Shot on a set which looks to be stolen from Saves By The Bell with a cast which seemed to have got worse at acting since the lame Jack Frost, Jack frost 2

revenge of the mutant killer snowman is as bad as the name suggests. It has a promising start, "Slashing through the raft...thanks for the nose now I'm off to the island" is my favorate all time movie line, but then it goes on about Jacks snow children and becomes really really poor. I do like it though for one reason, it shows Jack Frost one for what it really is, a very poor film as well, if you loved Jack frost one watch this because its a short sharp shock to how bad the

franchise is.

For that it gets 1/2 out of 10
