I haven't seen this movie for about 10 yrs, so I don't remember too much of it. But basically, it's about a young boy named Charlie, who has 2 homeless friends. A man, and a dog. He feeds the dog daily on his way home. One day, he sees the dog catcher catching his little friend, and he tells Charlie that the dog will be taken to the pound, and unless claimed, put to sleep. Charlie is heartbroken, he knows his parents won't let him have a dog. Along with the homeless man, he sets out to rescue the dog, and persuade his parents to let him have him.
It's a wonderful movie, especially to watch around the Holidays. I remember it as a very clean movie, as far as the language goes, and although sad at times..it's well worth watching.
I was suprised to see that the little boy named Charlie, was played by Seth Green.
