Storyline

A small time crook is brought into bankruptcy court, apparently unable to pay his creditors from his upmarket restaurant that catered to stockbrokers and businessmen. His hidden asset is a small fortune made from stock tips gleaned by bugging the tables at his establishment. As he's turned away by his mistress and his club, a blackmailer tries to force him to turn over the money. He decides to escape with his wife, but he's constantly followed by the blackmailer.
