Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • There is a reference to a teenage girl (who had been posing as a boy) having menstruations. This happens in a non-sexual context (the scent of blood is attracting the monsters).

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • One of the characters is a drug addict and is shown injecting the substance in his eyes. It's implied he lets another character die without painkillers to keep the drug for himself.
