A community activist charged with the of killing two cops, one of them his ex-wife, is found not guilty due to lack of evidence. The arresting detective takes the judge, jury, and defendant hostage, and decides to have a new trial, presenting the evidence that was not allowed.
A policeman is upset that a man he arrested for killing two cops may be freed on a technicality. He therefore takes matters into his own hands to try the case.
