Jack Regan is a hard edged detective in the Flying Squad of London's Metropolitan Police. He pursues villains by methods which are underhanded and often illegal, frequently violent, and more often than not, successful.
both series of colin's sandwich are often overlooked British comedy classics
in my humble opinion colln's sandwich should be up there with the likes of fawlty towers, the young ones, comic strip, blackadder & monty python, not passed over, ignored and hidden away like what happened with the mary whitehouse experience, another British classic that was never given the recognition it so greatly deserved.
for whatever reason these 2 gems of British comedy at its finest have been more or less completely forgotten. i myself cannot understand why this has happened because i thought both series were fantastic. that said this is really a revue for just colin's sandwich but while i'm here all i can say is if you ever get chance to watch any one of them grab it with both hands because you will be missing a televisual treat if you don't.
