Storyline

Two cannibals/health food diner owners are on a wacky quest to restore life to the five million year old goddess Shitaar. Aided by their uncle's brain and penis, the two set about getting the required parts - virgins, assorted body parts from whores, and the ingredients for a "blood buffet". Their adversaries are the police: the chief with a Russian accent, the "player" detective, and the new Yorker with an Australian accent. Written by Erik Swanson <egswanso@midway.uchicago.edu>

Quotes

[first lines]
Narrator: Warning! The truly unusual motion picture you are about to see contains many scenes of graphic violence. It is not intended for the faint of heart nor the young and impressionable. While it is a sad fact that mass homicide and practitioners of blood cults infest our society, the producers of this film wish to express that they do not condone, nor do they want to inspire, any of the human butchery or violence portrayed in this film. If you feel you will be offended by such material,...

Unfunny and disgusting 'Blood Diner.'
8 July 2001 | by Michael_PilkingtonSee all my reviews

Before the movie gets underway, there's a narrative warning about how gory this movie is. Well, that's fine, but they should have mentioned how fake this movie is as well. Besides this one, have you ever seen anyone lose their eyes after a good whack in the head with a shovel? Or a cave spike landing on a person's head and killing them instantly?

Two brothers watch their uncle get gunned down in front of their home. Flash forward twenty years later and they dig up his grave and take his brain out of the corpse. With orders from their uncle's brain, the brothers go in search of female body parts so they can revive a female goddess.

For a movie that tries so hard to be awful sure does a good job of it. The humor is so retarded, and the gore is fake. Plus, there's so much nudity that it's not enjoyable, especially in one scene where nude aerobic dancers are gunned down. Another thing, what's up with the dubbing? Stay far away from this one.

My evaluation: NO STARS
