Maine? Maine or Russia?
I mean it's in Maine... Russia, Maine. It's a kind of a small place in the south-west-north-eastern part of the state, way back there.

My sister and I LOVE this movie! We found the VHS at the flea market in the 90's. I recently found it on Amazon (DVD) and bought it ... opening music was updated (poor choice) - some lame graphics also added to opening credits - but boy am I happy to have it on DVD!
Love Seth Green as the little punk neighbor boy, and how he randomly appears with his red wagon (everywhere), all seeing. I also like how Milly is merely seeing what the perceived benefits are to being a boy; she's not bi-curious, she's a feminist, and avoids advances from the girls.
