Emmy Experts predict Best Drama Actress 2019: Sandra Oh is ‘killing’ the competition, but it’s not unanimous
Thirteen Emmy Experts can’t be wrong … right? According to a leading baker’s dozen prognosticators from major media outlets, the 2019 Emmy race for Best Drama Actress will end with Sandra Oh (“Killing Eve”) crossing the finish line on September 22. This former five-time Emmy also-ran for “Grey’s Anatomy” (2005-09) is finally predicted to win a trophy thanks to her role as MI5 agent Eve Polastri on BBC America’s cat-and-mouse thriller. Oh is also nominated this year for producing “Killing Eve,” hosting the Golden Globes and guest starring on “Saturday Night Live.”
