Ghostbusters: The Video Game Resmastered Coming This Fall

Film and video games aren’t exactly known to mesh well. Generally speaking, in fact, such crossovers are often considered cash grabs, cobbled together with insultingly small budgets and frequently considered some of the worst games ever made. Both Gearbox Software’s Aliens: Colonial Marines and Transformers: The Game are proof enough of that. But you know what they say – rules are made to be broken.

Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered is one such exception and is scheduled to arrive in just a few months. Originally released in 2009 for the last generation of consoles, Terminal Reality’s action-adventure based on the iconic film series was lauded for its dedication to authentically replicating the movies, even going so far as to feature each main character from the films.
