Squidbillies: Season 10 of Adult Swim Series Launches in July

Squidbillies, where are you? Below, watch a promo with Jesco White and find out. Did you think Adult Swim's Squidbillies TV show was cancelled? The ninth season finale, "Jose, Can You? Sí!" aired in November 2014. Now, after nearly two years off the air, Adult Swim announces the tenth season of Squidbillies premieres Sunday, July 10, 2016, at 11:30pm Et/Pt.The Squidbillies voice cast includes: Dana Snyder, Unknown Hinson (aka Stuart Daniel Baker), Daniel McDevitt, and Dave Willis. Season 10 will feature new covers of the theme song each week, from artists including Father John Misty, Kurt Vile, The B-52s, Sharon Van Etten, Jimmy Cliff, and Rebecca Schiffman. Dragon*Con 2010: Watch Now: Unknown Hinson Performs For Adult Swim Panel

Rockabilly musician and voice of proudly ignorant Georgia squid Early Cuyler, Unknown Hinson returned to Dragon*Con this year for a performance during the Adult Swim Squidbillies panel.

Hinson, who shaved his iconic sideburns much to the dismay of those in the audience, played a three-song set for the crowd before joining the entire cast of Squidbillies in an unrehearsed reading of a script for a future episode of the show.

Squidbillies Volume 3 DVD Review

After a marathon viewing of c, one may come to the conclusion that it is an exercise in excessive, lucid and surreal humor. It is. Don’t confuse my syntax as some negative implication. It would be easy and lazy to dismiss the Adult Swim show as another stoner comedy. When analyzed thoroughly, Squidbillies touches on topical events in a rib cracking and smarmy manner. While the show touches on social issues, the forces behind it were architects of Space Ghost Coast To Coast and Aqua Teen Hunger Force, so it maintains a familiar schizophrenic flow.
